about

'Shape Changer' is the fourth album by South West Western Australian artist Heart and Feather.

The songs delve into themes of transition and growth, and the transformation of pain and suffering into hope.

Like the caterpillar to the butterfly, growing pains can occur, and often life serves up its challenges. Some of the songs like 'Sticks & Stones', touch on complex issues such as bullying, isolation and resilience, others like 'Diamonds' share observations on a society that has somewhat lost its way, even though as humans we have never had it so good. Songs like ' Better' are meditations on how we can reach out to others. I hope you find a track or two that you enjoy! xx

Thanks for stopping by! In the last few years someone lovely handed me a ukelele and said 'go on give it a try I bet you get hooked!' I certainly did, and after learning 3 magic chords I was away song writing. 4 albums later here we are! xx
